Executive Psychological Coaching

Kerry Daynes works with a limited number of carefully selected individuals on a fully confidential basis.
We start with an initial assessment of client-coach fit and evaluation of key predictors of engagement success. We move on to a range of detailed psychology and performance-based assessment measures to help you to identify your characteristic emotional states and coping responses, strengths and greatest opportunities for growth. Together, we form an action plan to get you what you want.
Kerry uses her proprietary Success Mode model and a range of proven effective methods from the fields of neuroscience, psychotherapy and organizational development. She will help you challenge your assumptions and choices, discover profound and often unconventional insights into the dynamics of your organizations and relationship systems, and powerfully align your own and other’s behavior to your business strategy.

Ongoing: Phone or face-to-face meetings are held at least twice per month. But at the elite level, we understand that issues can arise quickly and so Kerry responds to email or phone questions at any time during the engagement.
Team Psychological Coaching
High-performing teams are essential to the success of any size company. Psychological coaching provides teams with the opportunity to surpass their current abilities; developing awareness and building trust to create new thinking, address complex issues, take more effective decisions and maximise capability to deliver exceptional performance.
Kerry works with real-world information, initially observing regular meetings and interactions. We then typically meet each team member on a one-to-one basis, to understand their individual needs and context, and to allow transparent dialogue about the way they relate to others. We can use a range of detailed psychology and performance-based assessment measures to identify team dynamics, drivers and dysfunctions. We later bring the whole team together to agree a plan of action.
Team psychological coaching is focused on enabling your key players to have higher quality conversations with each other, from which good ideas, decisions and direction will naturally follow, and to support each other’s optimum performance. Kerry uses her proprietary Success Mode model and a range of proven effective frameworks and exercises from the fields of neuroscience, group psychotherapy and organizational development to unleash the team’s full potential.
We recommend a six to twelve month coaching programme for maximum results, with minimum monthly meets. It is possible to combine team coaching with individual coaching and team training.
